Shipping
General Shipping Information
We are pleased to ship your order within BC, within Canada, to the US and to international destinations. Orders destined for Canada or the US are shipped from Green Planet Parties in Port Moody BC via Canada Post and typically will arrive 5 to 10 business days after your order is placed. We suggest that you plan for 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive in time for your birthday party or special event. Please note we have a $30 Cdn minimum order.
Shipping Rates
Free Local Pick-up Option
If you live locally to Green Planet Parties we'd like to give you the option of picking up your order either from Pedagogy Toy Store on Columbia Street in New Westminster. Please just select the "Free Local Pick-up" option in the shopping cart and we'll inform you by email when your order is ready for pick-up and provide you with directions and a map.
Free Shipping for Order of $200 or more
Green Planet Parties offers free shipping for orders over $200 Cdn, before taxes and shipping. Why not buddy up with a friend or neighbour and save on shipping costs!
International Orders
When checking out international orders (not including the US) will appear as a flat rate of $15 Cdn. Customers will be contacted by email after the order is received with a more exact fee based on the best options available, and the shipping charge will be adjusted accordingly. Or if you prefer, please contact Green Planet Parties in advance at info@greenplanetparties.com for an exact shipping quote.
Customs / Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may have additional customs and duties added on determined and charged by the shipping company. Please contact us for more information.
Rush Delivery Option
If you need to have your order rush delivery, please contact us by email at info@greenplanetparties.com and we will contact you with the shipping cost and delivery information.
Special Shipping Charges
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to extreme, remote destinations. Additional charges may also apply when shipping extra large or heavy packages. No worries, we will always contact you by email or phone after your order has been received if this is the case.
